When you submit an inquiry, Formspree receives and stores the six specific fields you provide: (1) Name, (2) Company, (3) Email, (4) Project Type, (5) Budget Range, and (6) Message. This data is handled in accordance with Formspree's privacy policy and is used solely to facilitate business communication between us. We do not use cookies or tracking pixels to gather personal data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information exclusively to respond to your business inquiries and discuss potential project engagements. We do not use your data for marketing campaigns, newsletter subscriptions, or any automated profiling.

3. Data Sharing and Sale

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any third parties except for Formspree, which processes the contact forms on our behalf as described above. Your data is treated as confidential business communications.

4. Analytics

Our website does not currently use any analytics or tracking service. If we add an analytics service in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy to disclose the provider and confirm that contact form inquiry contents, names, emails, companies, or other form field values are never sent to it.

5. Data Deletion Requests

If you would like us to delete any correspondence or information you have submitted through our contact form, please email business@apexpixellabs.com with your request.

This Privacy Policy and any disputes arising under or in connection with it are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
